Fallen Too Far Behind...

I am currently packing for my Thanksgiving break, editing my Japanese skit script, organising my desk, packing,  transferring photos from my camera onto my laptop, looking for a new camera, more packing and one million other things. All thanks to my procrastination. I will be lucky to sneak in some sleep before leaving bright and early tomorrow morning. The lovely Courtney has invited me to her home for my first American Thanksgiving - more commonly referred to as Turkey Day. Needless to say, I look forward to the feast.

I have completely lost track of how far behind I've gotten in updating and uploading my photos. I hope to catch up during this break. Wish me luck!

AUSTIN CITY LIMITS

AUSTIN CITY LIMITS was mad fun even though I could only go Sunday. Having never attended a music festival before I really didn't know what to expect. But it was INSANE! Held at Zilker Park every year the event venue is huge. There are several outdoor stages showcasing different artists throughout the day but the best are always reserved for last. Sunday starred artists such as Switchfoot, The Flaming Lips, Norah Jones and The Eagles. The crowd was crazy and very high, maybe a bit too high but the festival was totally worth it. My biggest regret is to have missed Muse's show on Saturday night. I guess I will just have to wait until their next tour rolls around.

And dayum, the Australian Dollar is worth more than the US Dollar right now. All the more reason to come visit me :)
